Came to Blaisus of Bristol after looking what felt like everywhere for a “new used” car after experiencing a traumatic accident I came to Blaisus and worked with Muhamad. i bought a used 2015 bmw i8 from this dealership on march 11 2024, on march 15 2024 a drivetrain malfunction light came on, upon further review the car was sold to me with 24 total faults, and a bmw dealership quoted me for over $5k worth of repairs.
i was told the car had no problems
they also added $1750 to my service contract and when i found it and called them out, they claimed "it was a mathmatical error" and they would cut me a check.

It was a good experience buying my MB C43 AMG from Blasius. Bajram was the salesperson and he helped me through the whole process. I did the credit application online and everything went smoothly. They have great cars and no hidden fees as in other car dealerships. The paperwork took less than 1 hour and after that the car was ready to drive home. I will definitely buy another car from them in a near future.

I have a thing for blue cars, and so I went to Blasius after work on a Friday because not only did they have the make/model I wanted, it was priced well below others I had identified. I did a test drive, and was able to both buy the car and drive it home within two hours of arrival. (Though they stayed past normal closing to finish everything for me.) Just bought a 2015 Lexus RX 350 there today. The price was one of the 3 best I found for the year, options and mileage (75k). Salesman (Dylan) was pleasant, as was Jeff (the Finance Manager). No pressure so an overall positive experience.

I bought a 2002 Thunderbird convertible with low mileage. The tires needed replacing due to age but everything else i expected to be an issue like body bushings were replaced. A few cosmetic issues to address but overall i was extremely happy with the purchase.
I purchased a 2022 Kia Niro from Blasius of Bristol last week. It was a low pressure experience. The SUV was just as described. It was convenient that they were able to text so that I was not disturbed at work with calls. They checked in as well to make sure they could answer any questions I might have. Great place. I was not expecting much, we stopped by on the way to a party. Staff Dylan was excellent, friendly, low pressure. We learned about the car and took it for a short drive. It was in great condition and appears to be a good value. They had a parking lot full of hard to get cars - 2 newish nissan Z's, a few convertible corvettes. Definitely leaning toward the sporty side. I'll be back.

Like anything used there will always be something to fix its just the name of the game when you buy used but Pat handled it no questions asked. What a fantastic experience. Chris was an excellent sales person very laid back and relaxed. Zero pressure involved into buying any car. I called them up because they had a certain car I was interested in but not the correct year I wanted. Chris said no problem come on in anyways see if you like the car and take it for a drive. I worked with Bajram, Andy, and Jim on a trade in for a used car and I’m very happy with my purchase. When scheduling the test drive they were quick to respond and not pushy at any point of the process. Their trade in offer was great for my car and they were willing to negotiate and work with me on a final offer that worked best. Buying a new car isn’t my favorite experience but I would work with the Blasius team again anytime!
Professional but not personable. Andy spoke very fast and didn’t really explain things. I asked about the warranty and still am not sure what it was/what warranty is on the car but the process felt so rushed I wasn’t going to ask further questions. Chris was a good salesman. Finance were great. They were willing to get me my car payment I asked for and pay more for my trade in. Pickup was rushed as it was end of day and chaotic and wanted to get the sale in before weekend, which i can understand. A few nitpick items which i think are important to finalize the sale. The team at Blasius were extremely helpful and communicative. Brian was quick to respond and easy to work with. Andy helped us get the best financing and an extended warranty. The price was great and we’re very happy with our purchase. One thing to note is that the ‘check engine’ light went off about 10 minutes after we left the dealership — we ran the codes and it was nothing serious but the timing was a little odd.
