This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Blasius of Bristol (referred to as the "Dealership," "we," "us," or "our") and is powered by Dealer Pro Edge, LLC ("Dealer Pro Edge").
Dealer Pro Edge provides website hosting, software, and technical support services for the Dealership. Dealer Pro Edge does not sell or lease vehicles, does not negotiate transactions, and is not a party to any purchase, lease, financing, or service transaction between you and the Dealership.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). These Terms also incorporate our Privacy Policy, which is linked in the Site footer.

Continued use of the Site means you have read, understood, and accept these Terms.
Access and Use of the Site

All text, images, vehicle listings, pricing information, and other materials on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Content is owned by Blasius of Bristol, Dealer Pro Edge, or our licensors, suppliers, advertisers, or other third parties.
You may view the Content for your personal use, but you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written permission.
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of any kind. All transactions are subject to the Dealership’s approval and applicable agreements.
Trademarks
Names, logos, and marks displayed on the Site are trademarks owned by Blasius of Bristol, Dealer Pro Edge, or third parties. You may not use, copy, or imitate these marks without express written consent.
Software
The underlying code, design, and technology that power the Site (the "Software") are owned by Blasius of Bristol, Dealer Pro Edge, or their licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

We do not claim ownership of information, photos, reviews, leads, inquiries, or other materials you submit (collectively, "Materials"). However, by submitting Materials, you grant Blasius of Bristol and Dealer Pro Edge a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from those Materials in any media.
Vehicle Pricing, Offers, and Incentives
Vehicle listings may reference manufacturer or third-party incentives, rebates, or special offers ("Offers"). We are not responsible for the accuracy of Offer details or any errors in their description. Offers are subject to eligibility requirements, restrictions, and expiration—contact the manufacturer or a sales representative for complete information.
Vehicle listings, pricing, incentives, mileage, and availability may be provided by the Dealership or third-party data sources and are subject to change at any time without notice. Vehicles may be sold or become unavailable prior to Site updates.
Listed prices exclude taxes, title, registration, documentation fees, government charges, and optional add-ons unless expressly stated. Optional add-ons are not required and will be disclosed separately.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. Errors are not binding, and the Dealership reserves the right to correct, modify, or cancel listings affected by errors at its sole discretion. Please confirm all details directly with the Dealership prior to completing any transaction.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
When submitting leads, reviews, inquiries, or other Materials, you agree not to:
- Post offensive, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, or discriminatory content.
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
- Submit viruses, malware, or content that violates privacy or promotes illegal activity.
- Include hidden or password-protected content.

Governing Law and Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the Dealership is located, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within that state.
Disputes must be brought within one year. No class actions. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
Site Provider
Dealer Pro Edge provides website platform services, hosting, and technical support for the Site. The Dealership controls and is responsible for vehicle inventory, pricing, transactions, and customer relationships.
