Shopping for a used Jeep Wrangler

Wrangler configurations vary by model year and trim. Two-door and four-door versions can suit different passenger, cargo, and maneuverability priorities, and the generation (JK for 2007–2018, JL for 2018 and newer) affects interior, technology, and powertrain availability, including the 4xe plug-in hybrid offered from the 2021 model year. Confirm the exact roof, door, drivetrain, tire, and off-road equipment on each vehicle. Modifications and prior use also deserve a careful inspection rather than assumptions based on the model name.

What to compare

Compare body style, trim positioning, roof and door configuration, drivetrain, tires, modifications, condition, and service history on each vehicle.
